The problem

People bring wheat to a village mill every day, and some pay for the milling in cash while others pay with part of their grain. Who brought how much, how much flour and bran each person gets back, and whose grain is milled but not yet picked up lives in a notebook and in someone's head. At the end of the month nobody knows exactly how much the mill earned in cash and in wheat, or what is left after expenses.

The solution

The operator picks the payment method (cash, grain, bran or feed) and the wheat weight in a calculator inside Telegram, and the system instantly shows how much flour, bran or feed the customer gets back and what the mill keeps. The owner sets the milling fee, wheat price and percentages in a web panel, and every record is saved with the prices of that day. In the panel the owner sees earnings, expenses, wheat in stock and orders not yet picked up.
